Our committees include: Membership, Song Contest, Lyric Contest, Workshops, Critiques, Meetings, Marketing, Finance, fund raising, sponsorship, public relations. Barbara McMillen, Associate Professor of Songwriting at Collin College, will present a popular song checklist for critiquing your songs. The list compiles the BMI Blume evaluation sheet, Pattisons Writing Better Lyrics, and our own DSA critique sheet. Handouts provided.
