Great use of a hook! No doubt about the name, and anyone over 50 can relate. The structure is good, and with the right music, would make a good song for a musical.

When did you get so gray?

                                    That’s what they say.
                                    Sunshine turns to showers,
                                    Night overcomes the day.

Why have you gone away?
You were warm and very sweet
Just the other day.

                        But now he’s gone away, to stay.
